The Sisters in Grace Journey
Our Story
Sisters in Grace emerged in 2020 as a divine instruction from God, conveyed through Lela Tony. What began as an intimate gathering of friends, seeking closeness with God amid the isolating pandemic, swiftly revealed a collective yearning for something more profound in our lives. In January 2022, Sisters in Grace was formally launched as a public community, dedicated to empowering women to live purposefully and blossom into their unique callings.
The testimony of Sisters in Grace is one that displays obedience to God's leading, marked by a willingness to step beyond my comfort zone and trust in His strength rather than mine. Despite numerous obstacles hindering the inception of this community, God's persistent guidance echoed the words 'just do it.' I embraced the principle of moving forward in faith, recognizing that if God imparts a vision, He will undoubtedly provide the support.
As the only girl among four boys, this community holds a special place in my heart- what I needed as a young girl trying to find her identity while navigating building a relationship with God. Sisters in Grace serves as a reminder that God has carved out abundant space for every woman, inviting her to fill it with substance and purpose. Never forget that you are valued, beautiful and the world needs you!
